Discharge of Condition 15 of previously approved application LA06/2022/0873/F which states:- No construction works shall commence on site until the final Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. It must outline the methods to be employed to minimise any noise and dust impacts associated with the construction operations demonstrating the use of ‘best practicable means’. The plan must pay due regard to BS 5228:2009+A1:2014 Code of Practice for Noise and Vibration on Construction and Open Sites.
